Creamy Avocado Pasta with Garlic Lemon Sauce



This Creamy Avocado Pasta is a quick and healthy meal option. The smooth avocado sauce is infused with garlic and lemon, creating a refreshing yet satisfying dish.

Ingredients:

  • 300g pasta of your choice (spaghetti, fettuccine, or penne)

  • 2 ripe avocados, peeled and pitted

  • 2 garlic cloves

  • 1/4 cup olive oil

  • Juice of 1 lemon

  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese (optional)

  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • Fresh basil leaves for garnish

Instructions:

  1. Cook the Pasta:

    • Boil a large pot of salted water and cook the pasta according to the package instructions.

    • Drain and set aside.

  2. Prepare the Avocado Sauce:
