300g pasta of your choice (spaghetti, fettuccine, or penne)
2 ripe avocados, peeled and pitted
2 garlic cloves
1/4 cup olive oil
Juice of 1 lemon
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese (optional)
Salt and pepper to taste
Fresh basil leaves for garnish
Instructions:
Cook the Pasta:
